what my head does when it needs a pillow...

That’s it. I’ve decided to write a book.

I have no idea what it’ll be about, but I’d like it to have the qualities I love most about

Adventures in Odyssey, and Dr. Suess & Beatrix Potter’s books.

I need it to have wit and meat.

I will use C.S. Lewis as the ultimate inspiration.

So, by what I have decided so far, this book will be about cute little animals

wearing jackets, running an icecream shop, and speaking in riddles.

There will have to be adventure, battles, sacrifice, and love.

But very little romance.

Because everyone knows that Caspian and Susan never felt that way about eachother.

And it’s become very obvious that Connie will never get married.

The story will have to take place in somewhere magical.

Or somewhere that could be magical if people would open their eyes long enough to notice.

I might base some characters off of people that I admire.

I won’t tell them. They’ll have to guess.

We’ll make a game out of it when we’re all together eating hot fudge sundaes.

The story will not have any petty drama that I find so annoying in real life.

It will be sensible and ridiculous at the same time.

I haven’t the foggiest what the story line will be...

But my deadline is May 4th, 2022.

Let it be known that before I am 30, I will write and publish a book.
